ALUMNI GOLF OPEN
The Saint Ben's Golf Open will be held this year at a new location - the Royal Golf Club in Slidell. We moved to Slidell after Hurricane Katrina damaged our old City Park spot. After three years' hiatus, we're looking forward to a new tradition. The date of the event is 8 May 2008.
The rules are still the same: it's a team scramble format with prizes awarded for low gross, low net, closest to the hole on each par 3, and longest drive. Other prizes will be raffled off and mulligans will be sold at registration.
A fee of $100 is required by 1 May 2008. Please pay in advance; priority will be given to fully-paid teams. Register by calling Jerry Sixkiller after 6 p.m. at 601 799-0060 or email papasix@gmail.com.
