COURSE CATALOGUE

COURSE NUMBERS
Course numbers reflect the year, semester and sequence of particular courses. LIT 201, for example, indicates that the course is offered in the second year, fall semester (odd number), and is the first in a sequence of literature courses. Courses offered in the spring semester carry an even number. Course numbers beginning with a zero (0) may be required but carry no degree credit.

Courses will be offered in the semesters indicated in the Seminary College's programs of study; offerings are subject to change, however, based on student needs and available resources. Prerequisites for courses are listed in italics after the course description. In most cases, the Academic Dean, the Division Chair, or the instructor may grant permission to take courses out of sequence.
