The flooding in March, the worst the Abbey has faced in almost 100 years, damaged nearly every building on the grounds, including the basement of the Abbey Church, which is closed to the public until further notice.

Register now for Deo Gratias 2016

Deo Gratias 2016 takes place Saturday, October 29th. Food will be prepared by award winning Chef John Folse. All proceeds from this event benefit the seminary.

Novel Horsemanship Program Continues Due To Generosity Of Local Couple

The gift will help ensure the program, which provides opportunities for seminarians to build confidence and improve team building, continues for years to come. It will also be now known as the Fr. Gregory Boquet Horsemanship Program.

Enrollment Doubles at Saint Joseph Seminary College

Saint Joseph Seminary College welcomed a record 150 seminarians this year for the Fall 2016 semester. Seminarians this year represent 22 archdioceses and dioceses from seven states across the Gulf South region.
